Working with faculty from Columbia University and University of Wisconsin Madison, Peter Pecora is evaluating how poverty program policies affect child welfare outcomes. In collaboration with the Annie E. Casey Foundation and the William T. Grant Foundation, he is co-leading a project to develop a research agenda for a 21st Century child welfare system.
